If you are having a problem with your WeWOOD product, or would like to make a return/exchange, please follow the steps below and a member of our customer service team will be ready to assist you.
1. First, complete the form below with all requested information, please upload proof of purchase or provide your online order number (Order # only applicable as proof of purchase for orders placed at (https://us.we-wood.com). If your watch is damaged, please upload photos below.
2. Our customer service department will respond to your request, and issue a Return Authorization Number along with your customer form.
3. Mail the watch to the address indicated on the return form, including a physical copy of the filled return form.
4. Our warehouse will receive your package and take the appropriate action. Please note that any item returned to us without first being assigned an RA number and including the required RA form in the packaging, will be returned to sender.
